COVID-19 accelerated the trend towards virtual meetings and presentations. Even as we gradually return to some version of life as it was, virtual communications will be the norm for all of us going forward. Your ability to communicate effectively in virtual settings will set you apart from others and lead to better results for your firm and its clients.

In this workshop Marsha Redmon, former lawyer and former TV journalist, will teach you the top tips you need to present well in virtual meetings and presentations. She will do a “virtual persona check-up” for a few volunteers.

The program will include:

• Polishing your virtual setup – camera angle, lighting, background, managing distractions & interruptions, eye contact, gestures, tone of voice, etc.
• Managing the tools like a pro – screen sharing, presentations, managing groups as host.
• How to project energy and confidence and get others engaged in the moment while presenting virtually.
• Organizing your content and messages to be concise and memorable in the virtual format – whether meetings are small, large, informal or formal.
