Body focuses on the development of programming that will enhance the physical, psychological, financial and nutritional well-being of our members. Examples of programs include exercise, nutritional learning, mental health & wellness awareness and motivational speaking, as well as wealth management.
fitALANYC (Find Inner Tranquility) Team
The team will provide a program that encompasses the physical, psychological and nutritional well-being of our members. The team has offered Yoga, Rowing, Nutrition workshops, Dancing, Mental Health First Aid, Wellness and Motivational Speakers.
ALANYC invites its members to participate on this team and enhance our programming with new and innovative ideas to share with our members.
